Returns & Exchanges

Singaara will not provide a refund for products purchased by you. If our customer is not satisfied which with the item purchased we accept exchange for the item. The product has to be of the same or higher value. Shipping cost of the item has to be borne by the customer. We have to be informed within 24 hrs of receiving the item.

No item has to be dispached before receiving a confirmation email from us. We have to receive the item within 7 days of the confirmed email.

The product has to be in the original packaging with all tags and invoice attached.

Singaara will provide full refund to the Customer's account for any product purchased for any of the following reasons:

  • The product purchased by the Customer has a manufacturing defect
  • The product purchased by the Customer was damaged in transit
  • The product delivered to the customer was a wrong item.
